Love these mini worlds, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: I do, too, Ray. Thanks.
Great effect!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Hollie.

Nicely done, Ginnie style!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Jennie. You know me! smile
So pretty - your coloring shows it off so well!
Ginnie Hart: You're a sweetheart, Elizabeth. Thank you.

smile Great shot. LOVE the selective colouring.
I just looked outside and here it is white from frost..... no snow yet, we might get that later in the month. Please know what you wish for wink, this is Hollandshire, one inch of snow and everything comes to a standstill grin....
Ginnie Hart: Harstikke bedankt, MLMA. I'll still wish for snow and be grateful you have winter tires on the car!!! How's that? smile Who would have known this part of Holland where we live gets about as much/little snow as Atlanta!!! sad

You can't fool me Ginnie, that's Bill Phillips in there!
Ginnie Hart: HA! That's a good one, Chris. grin
that's a rather jolly shot Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: It's a jolly-jolly season, Ayush. grin

J'adore the snow balls. Have a nice day.
Ginnie Hart: Astrid shook this snow globe up for me, Oscar before I took the picture. smile Thanks.
Hopefully you'll get one this year.
Ginnie Hart: All my fingers and toes are crossed, Michael. smile

Oh, I love the sneeuwende waterballen- yes, I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, too, but only backwards in our gardens and in the promenade!
Ginnie Hart: Aren't these snow globes wonderul, Philine! Astrid shook this one up for me so that I could take the picture. smile
I have always liked snow globes. We had one when I was a child that was so old the snow wasn't white any more!
Ginnie Hart: HA! That is old, Bill...or else the dog was let out??? grin

This reminds me of a certain Advent Calendar, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Awwww. I hadn't even thought of that yet, Lisl. Good one. smile
You can dream GInnie > about the snow. Nice catch. My granddaughter was delighted tonight when I tipped over our snowmen snow globe.
Ginnie Hart: I do dream, Jacquelyn, because this part of the Netherlands gets about as much snow as Atlanta does...which isn't much! How fun for your g'daughter to see a snow globe. smile

I never had a white Christmas, except if you can claim the beach sand at 35C as a white Christmas. Every Christmas I was in Holland, the snow only started falling in January.
Ginnie Hart: It's true, Louis, and is one of my biggest surprises since being here. We get about as much snow here in our "spot" as Atlanta does, which isn't much, I'm afraid. sad
Lovely festive shot Ginnie! smile
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
Great shot, Ginnie. It shows the magic of Christmas.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Pauline. Christmas really is a magical time for me.

I hope you get it! You know I was wishing for snow, and now we have it, and VERY cold temps.

So did you pick it up and shake it first? smile Lovely colors.
Ginnie Hart: Where we live is a bit like Atlanta, Ruth, with similar winter temps and amount of snow. It's one of my biggest surprises since living here. So, yes, I always hope for snow. smile

Astrid gave Mr. Snowman a good shaking for me. How nice of her! smile

Oh the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no where to go
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!!

Here's hoping... !
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Alan. You nailed it.
Love the old time look you've given this. Beautifully done, Ginnie. Our white Christmas is pretty well guaranteed as there is plenty of snow on the ground and it doesn't look as if we will be getting temperatures high enough to melt it.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Beverly. So, then, please make sure you show some of it to those of us who don't have it yet. And we'll be much obliged. smile
Yay!!! Christmas
Ginnie Hart: Exactly, Preyi. Even better with snow!!! smile
White Chrismas...on a scale of 1 to 10.... maybe 3 for us in UK...
Well captured!
Ginnie Hart: I'm guessing the same will be for us, then, Ronky. Boo Hoo. sad
My wife's dream Ginnie! Well done indeed.
Ginnie Hart: Your wife and I would get along, I'm sure, Richard. smile
As long as it stays inside the globe, I'll be happy. smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! Well, I guessed some of you would feel that way, Tom. smile
Hmm what should I sing in return to your "Let It Snow"?

How about "It's beginning to look like Christmas".

Gosh, you and me should have a Christmas karaoke and sing our hearts out.

Who's gonna baste the turkey?
Ginnie Hart: Let's do it...have a grand ol' karaoke!!! Wouldn't that be fun, LC. Who cares about the turkey when you're singing like that! smile
It has been snowing like crazy here. The granddaughter's sled is ready to go so tomorrow should be a good day.
Ginnie Hart: Ohhhh, please save some for me, Michael??!!

Le pauvre il est enfermé ! Bonne journée
JP
Ginnie Hart: No way to get out, I guess, JP? smile
A charming little Christmas decoration isn't it. We are not hoping for snow as we are planning to go across country for Christmas, by car that is not four wheel drive.
Ginnie Hart: How about some snow but clear roads for you by then, Janet??? Will that work? smile

Ginnie Hart: Definitely, Paule...except here we don't yet have snow.

BTW, I couldn't comment on your site today because it said I had to log in to Word Press...and I don't have a log-in there.... Have you changed something???
