Fabulous montage Ginnie! In viewing all the pics including the ones on your blog it seems that everyone enjoyed the time together and you had wonderful weather as well. Great series. smile
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Frances. This was fun, as I'm sure you can tell!!!

Ginnie Hart: And to think you have seen almost all of it, too, Robin! smile

Great pictorial of the visit. Looks like good time.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Jennie. I'm not sure it could have been any better for the amount of time they were with us!
A wonderful montage of shots. That bottom left is a puzzler to me.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Michael. At the link to my blog you can find out more about that Bunker 599 from WWII. smile

Yes, you and they did- what a wonderful collage - and I see Hoorn - you showed them some essentials of Holland and made them happy! (Sorry, I'm a bit short of words today because being on way to the big exhibition "Credo - Thousands years of Christendom in Europe" in Paderborn)
Ginnie Hart: LOL, Philine, because your "short of words" is longer than most other's "long" comments. Thank you for taking the time midst your busy schedule! smile

You just had to show lots of pictures, Ginnie - one would not be enough!
Ginnie Hart: You can read me like a book, Lisl!!! grin
This is a great montage and I enjoyed your In Soul postings also! Looks like you had perfect weather, really interesting things to see, and big fun company!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Elizabeth. We had a fabulous time and did indeed have great weather. I told Atrid yesterday that it's a good thing they came last week when the weather was also warmer...because right now it's in the 50's F.

Brilliant stuff Ginnie, this is a very comprehensive & clever record of our time with you
Ginnie Hart: You know me, Chris: I like to keep records so that Astrid and I don't forget these important times. Thank you again for a great visit!

A fine mix of pics Ginnie. You were so busy snapping away that you must have been exhausted. Happy memories. It will be interesting to compare presentation techniques when I show mine.
Ginnie Hart: LOL, Chad. I still smile when I think of you reaching your hand out with camera and clicking away at every little thing that interested you. I can hardly wait! smile

A fine montage of you both entertaining your visitors from the British Empire. Such as shame you let them out of the stocks, though. Is Astrid saying "Clear off back to England!"? No, of course not; she is far too polite for that.
Ginnie Hart: I knew someone would wish we had kept them in stocks, Alan. HA! Thanks.
some great pictures Ginnie and so many more on your other blog! Some places I remember form our visit. You clearly had a great time!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Bill, and yes, indeed, you saw many of these places. A few were new to even Astrid and me!

These Englishmen and their fear of both rain and sunshine. Fun, fun, fun, Ginnie, and a very nice job on both blogs.
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Mary. Thankfully, we had much more sun than rain! smile
What a lovely collage, Ginnie. So happy and beautifully captured.
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Pauline. This was fun. smile
A fabulous montage of your adventures with Chris & Chad. You and Astrid are such gracious hosts, Ginnie, I suspect you may have a parade of SC'ers knocking on your door.
Ginnie Hart: Ohhh, bless you, Beverly. To be honest, I HOPE we get more to come who have become good friends over these last 3-4 years! smile
Love the one of the stocks, oh for a basket of over ripe tomatoes or even rotten eggs !!
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Where were you when I needed you, Martin??!! smile
What a great set of images from the visit, I've still to look at your blog, it's been a busy day today with Maureen at the hospital for her pre-med appointment ready for 2nd.October. It is nice to learn that you didn't actually leave these two reprobates in the stocks and allowed them to return to Englandland.
Ginnie Hart: We do try to be civil to our guests, Brian, believe it or not. grin And in regards to Maureen, please let her know we're thinking of her (and you) these days.
Brilliant collage Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Richard.
The bottom left shot intrigues, looks like an old WW2 pill box?
Ginnie Hart: It's Bunker 599 from WWII, 1940, John. I love how they split it in half so that we could see inside!

Ginnie - this post is great! I am actually (hopefully) going there at some point next year, and I have been getting really excited. What other sites did you enjoy?
Ginnie Hart: Let us know when you come, Emily, in case we have a chance to see you. What I included in the link from my other blog is where we went during our 3 days together, all in our vicinity and near the airport.

Ginnie Hart: Sometimes the memories are what it's all about, Emma. Merci. (I still don't know how to comment on your blog without signing up to something?)
Gutted!
You didn't show them how to eat herring the proper way?!
That would make a good money shot, G! grin
Ginnie Hart: Actually, now that you mention it, LC, we didn't have one single herring! Next time! smile
My favourite is the viewer's > left middle photo. lol
Ginnie Hart: A favotite of many, Jacquelyn. grin
