.....and there were many in Budapest, and to think that we walked around these churches.
Wonderful postcard from Budapest. A memorable trip, in many ways.
Love your processing.
Ginnie Hart: More churches than you could shake a stick at, MLMA! And we tried to enter as many as we could. We were not disappointed! Bedankt.
I'm glad you are - they make wonderful images through your eyes!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Elizabeth. I never tire of them all over Europe.
Such an an ancient looking city, the boats give the tiniest int of modern life.
Ginnie Hart: This is what I love about Europe, Will. I never tire of these old cities (something we don't see in America!).

I think I know why you are a glutton Ginnie: they break up a composition like this to great effect
Ginnie Hart: I don't know if it's because I'm a preacher's kid, Chris, but these church steeples are in my blood. But we never see them like this in young America! Thank you.

I expect you liked the Pesky side Ginnie. Laughing out loud. What a great city, somewhere that I really MUST visit.
Ginnie Hart: Both sides are great, Chad, but the Buda side is the oldest, so it has my druthers. smile Definitely, a must-see city for you and Chris.

I guess you are spoilt for choice in such fine architecture in that case. Such history, too.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Alan. I couldn't have said it better.
Having taken the road to enlightenmemt I think I should visit this fine looking city. I might even take my good friend Bill who puts so much joy into people's hearts.
Ginnie Hart: You won't be disappointed, Mick. Astrid and I will go to Valletta when you and Bill go to Budapest...if not before! smile
Budapest is really a beautiful city. I would like to visit her

Another fabulous cityscape of this wonderful city, I love it. Wouldn't it be cool to have an office near one of the spires?
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, Ruth. Can you imagine that! Thank you.
I have the same glutinous appetite as you for steeples and spires Ginnie, there was a great selection here. The building on the far right stands out lie a sore thumb though doesn't it!
Ginnie Hart: Yes, Brian. You and I are basically on the same page. smile Thanks.
You got a lovely collection here Ginnie. Wonderful shot
Ginnie Hart: When they all come together in one shot, Janet, it's like the cherry on the top! smile Thanks.

You are a glutton for too many things, I am starting to think smile It is as if Hungary just have more of the old buildings still in use, than some other countries.
Ginnie Hart: Definitely a glutton for too many things, Louis. Guilty as charged. But it sure is fun! smile Thanks.
Quite spectacular Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Sally.

Ginnie Hart: You're way too generous, Robin...but thanks!
This is gorgeous. I hope you've have it hanging on your wall.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Sheila. I rarely print any of my images (just for certain greeting cards), so this is not on my wall...but that's most kind of you!

A wonderful cityscape.
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Cherry.
Have you been to Bruges?
You should go there and climb their belfry! smile
The views from the top are really rewarding.
Ginnie Hart: Oh, yes, LC. I have been there twice and DID climb their belfry. In fact, there's even a movie about it...can't remember what it's called ("In Brugges," I think). I LOVE that city and want to visit it with Astrid one of these days...about 2 hours away by car! We're so lucky.
That is such beautiful architecture.
Ginnie Hart: It is, indeed, Michael. Thanks.
la cure dee vieillissement lui va bien wink
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Lasiate. Merci.

I think the boat is playing second fiddle in this image, Ginnie. It's hard to take your eyes off those magnificent spires and waterfront buildings. Beautifully shot & processed!

No shortage of either here! Nice shot.
Ginnie Hart: It's that kind of city, Dave. Many thanks for stopping by again. And welcome to your daughter, Ellen.

"Le Danube bleu
si bleu si bleu..."
dit la chanson, mais, en vérité
ses eaux sont bien polluées...

Belle photo Ginnie

Ginnie Hart: Polluted in more ways than one, Emma. Sad but true. sad
