I know for you Ginnie this is a dream come true... smile
Ginnie Hart: It really was a dream come true, Larry. Indeed. (And I'm not even a caffeinated coffee drinker.)

Great shot! I will take as many cups as you have there of coffee smile Thank you very much!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Frances. A bit over the top, I guess, to show how much some people need coffee! HA! I like the taste of coffee but it has to be decaf for me.

Ginnie Hart: HA! That would be a LOT of coffee, Geoff!!! grin

Well-trained crockery and cutlery...

Love the lines I am glad they had a dish washer
Ginnie Hart: Too bad I grunged them up so much because they really were very clean and shiny, Adrian! smile
i like the grainy treatment. nice shot
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Ayush. A bit over the top, maybe, but I wanted to make needing a caffeine fix a bit extreme. HA!
Great lineup Ginnie... the cups seem to be earthenware... or is that the result from your treatment....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: You'd be happy to know the real cups were bright and shiny, Peter. But you know me...I grunged them up a lot to show what needing a caffeine fix sometimes feels like! grin
Wow! Like pretty maids all in a row! I like the "gritty" feel to this!
Ginnie Hart: I like that, Elizabeth...pretty maids all in a row! I figured the gritty feel fit the need for a caffeine fix?!

This is enough to kick start anyone's weeek Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: To kick start and get rid of the early morning grunge, I hope, Chris. smile

This is such a "Ginnie" picture, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: HA! I'll try not to figure that one out, Lisl. grin
Can I have tea please? grin
Ginnie Hart: Absolutely, Bill! HA! grin
caffeine rush
Ginnie Hart: Exactly! After a few cups they'll all look bright and shiny again. smile

Great shot and that is a lot of koffie..... I think a normal person will stay awake over a week. One koffie is enough for me.
Love the twiddle.
Ginnie Hart: Bedanke, MLMA. An over-the-top twiddle to show how much some people need koffie, especially on Monday morning! grin

a fine arrangement of all the kopjes for breakfast - a fine geomatrical photo - but if the koffie tastes so nice after your treeatment?
Ginnie Hart: I'm not a ceffeine junkie, Philine, but for those who are, I have a feeling everything looks bright and shiny after their first cups?! smile Bedankt.
Did you get any sleep after having so many cups of coffee?
Ginnie Hart: HA! Actually, Brian, I'm not a caffeinated coffee drinker but I twiddled this to look like how I view some people before they get their morning fix! grin

What a fun image....and I love the way you've processed it!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, dear Marcie. I'm not a caffeine junkie but know many who are and wanted to show a bit of what it looks like to me. HA!

I suspect that these are all made of paper mâché Ginnie, a rotten trick to play on us korfey lovers.
Ginnie Hart: Now THAT would be a trick, indeed, Chad. I wouldn't dream of playing it on YOU, of course. grin
One only for me please, but good and strong so that your spoon stands up.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Now THAT'S strong, Mary. grin
Interesting treatment, Ginnie - hope the trip went well!
Ginnie Hart: Had to really give the feel of pre-caffeine grunge, Tom, for those who don't understand it (like me). HA! The trip was great.

Great treatment of this regiment of coffee cups
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Anne. They all stood up and saluted. smile
Very clever composition Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Marie. Merci.
I kinda fancy some frappuccino right now. ;o)
Didn't they welcome you with a glass of champagne? ;o)
Ginnie Hart: Latte macchiato is my coffee of choice, LC, truth be known. smile Very weak on the caffeine. And yes, the second evening at the welcome hour we DID have a glass of champagne. Very nice!
Much like,Michael and I on a Friday morning!
Ginnie Hart: So see, I knew someone would get it, Frank. grin (I'm not big on caffeinated coffee but do enjoy a nice latte macchiato!)

A perfect reminder that it's time for another cup to help restore those photographers eyes!

Welcome back Ginnie and Astrid.
Ginnie Hart: HA! If you don't remind yourself, someone else will, George. smile Many thanks!

It all looks very precise with all the spoons placed just so. tea for me, please.
Ginnie Hart: I think someone got in a rut for this one, Alan. HA! And oh, they had quite a nice assortment of tea, too.
Wow, someone went to a lot of trouble aligning these cups & saucers with such precision, Ginnie. Reminds me a bit of the Queen's state dinners where the space between each plate setting is precisely tape measured.

Your super treatment makes for a very original presentation. Wonderful work!
Ginnie Hart: Now that you mention it, Beverly, I've seen a broadcast about that dinner-placement precision! I like thinking all these cups and saucers are standing up and saluting someone. Maybe the Queen? HA! Many thanks for your kind words, always.

Oh no! You had to share? With someone else than Astrid, I mean smile

Even the spoons are lined up. The crew must have been in the navy.
Ginnie Hart: Its enough to wake anyone up, Louis, isn't it! grin
Are these cups this grainy, or is that your work? A nice repetative shot anyhow.
Ginnie Hart: I'm afraid the grainy grunge is all mine, Wim. Sorry about that. HA! They were very bright and shiny, truth be known, but I wanted to add the desperation of needing a caffeine fix that many have...,especially on Monday morning. smile
I'll have the mug, four rows down, third one in from the left please, full of that lovely continental coffee that we never seem to get quite right over here.
Ginnie Hart: HA! You can definitely have your pick, Brian. smile
I like the pattern!
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Sarah.
As a non-coffee drinker, the treatment is most suitable Ginnie! smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! I'm not a caffeinated coffee drinker, Fred, so I totally get your point. smile

Jigsaw puzzle, anyone? smile
Ginnie Hart: How about Sudoku?! grin BTW, I have heard that people like one or the other, not usually both. Hmmmm.
Do you know I read the word Coffee and I could smell it straight away,
Ginnie Hart: HA! The power of words and associations! Great, Martin. smile
Nice treatment, not a spoon out of place, borders on obsession smile
Ginnie Hart: HA! Obsessive compulsive behavior does well in some situations, John. grin

Ginnie Hart: Coming right up, Oscar. smile
There's a tidy mind behind this, somewhere.
Ginnie Hart: HA! Surely, Graeme. grin
Love the grain! Great capture!
Ginnie Hart: Many thanks, Robin. smile
ooooh i love this pic! reminds me of annie lebovitz's film cameras all lined up on a table ready for a shoot smile
Ginnie Hart: I wonder if Annie drank a lot of coffee to get herself going each day, Elaine. grin
All laid out and ready to go. You usually find them in stacks don't you. Glad you had a great time Ginnie
Ginnie Hart: It reminds me of a marathon, Janet! smile And yes, we had a FABULOUS time.
Fantastic photo, amazing dreamsmile Greetings
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Zielona. It was definitely a dream come true. smile
A cool textured look Ginnie... ... If you crop a little from the top it would look like coffee cups to infinity. : )
Ginnie Hart: That's a good idea to crop off the top, Jacquelyn. Hmmm. I guess I just had to show the water. HA!
