Dutch Carnaval 2/3

Daddy's little gun-slinger cowboy, waiting for the parade to begin!

Carnival in Europe reminds me of America's Halloween, minus the floats.

Ginnie Hart: You definitely don't want to mess with him, Dennis. smile
"I see by your outfit, that you are a cowboy.
These words he did say as I slowly walked by."
Another terrific collage! Sooo cute!
Ginnie Hart: Or "Mammas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys." HA! grin Thanks, Elizabeth.

This little tough cowboy first had some goodies to eat and drink and after that it was party time for him.
Great collage, he has such a gentle face....
Ginnie Hart: He was definitely a sweetie-pie. He'll have to toughen up a bit if he's serious about being a cowboy. HA! smile Bedankt, MLMA.

Boys like being cowboys no matter where in the world they live.
Ginnie Hart: I do believe you're right, Aussie. It's so good to see you back, BTW!

This remends me of my own childhood Ginnie: the excitement and dressing up
Ginnie Hart: Oh yes, Chris. I think we all can relate. smile
I had an outfit just like this., now I prefer a French maids one. Not on me of course.
Ginnie Hart: HAHAHA! Now that would be something, Mick. grin

Excellent. I like how you have arranged the 3 close-up portraits in the collage.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, kind sir.
If that's a sheriff's badge he's sporting on his hat, Ginnie, I would be careful where I pointed my camera. Although, judging from the smiles he's giving you, I don't think you have too much to worry about. Such a sweet boy!
Ginnie Hart: HA! It's fun, Beverly, isn't it...the world of make-believe! smile
Pragtig!! Simply adorable, there is just something about kids that I love, their innocence, their friendliness, being happy in themselves. Great pictures.
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Reinhardt. I definitely know what you mean. Their innocence is mesmerizing. smile

Howdy Sheriff!
This Carnival does remind of me Halloween too!
Can wait to see the floats, G!

Were they better than Rio? ;o)
Ginnie Hart: Well, LC, not to disappoint you but no floats this time....even though they were there. I was too interested in the kids to notice the floats, I'm afraid! Besides, what can ever compare to Rio???
