That's awesome, Ginnie!
Ginnie Hart: Thank you kindly, Arash.
The textures in this capture are just incredible! Wow!
Ginnie Hart: You're a sweetheart, Robin. Thank you.
Nice color and textures. That clock looks so rusty it can barely run.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Michael. I think this clock will tick on till the end of time, no matter what. HA!

I have just read your Vision & Verb article - I cannot believe the time has nearly come round for you to be off to the States. Bon voyage to my two friends
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Lisl. We're actually leaving a month and a half earlier than usual because of my nephew's wedding, but still, yes, the time sure has flown since the last time!

That is an amazing shop, never would have figured that in a 'small' town like Steenbergen.
Fabulous picture, love the the colours. All the gears in the clock fascinates me. smile
Almost ready to go.....
Ginnie Hart: Bedankt, MLMA. We were like kids in the candy store in that shop. Who would have guessed we'd find that there! And yes, our vacation will be here before we know it!

Something so cool about old clocks, so much history and detail to them - unlike designs today.

OOh and btw, since you were so into the Olympics, I just wanted to say the closing ceremonies were great ... the music was bang on, and I must say ... seeing the Spice Girls perform was AWESOME. smile
Ginnie Hart: Thank you for your comment, Emily. I love to see the innards of clocks like this!

And yes, I have heard the closing ceremonies were great...even though we didn't stay up to see them (they started at 10 p.m. here, our bedtime). But I have seen bit-n-pieces since. It was such a great Olympics from beginning to end!
What a cool picture... the kid in me wants to play with the gears...
Ginnie Hart: Thanks, Larry...and I know. smile
All that inticate work. Fine presentation, Ginnie.
Ginnie Hart: Thank you, Graeme. I love stuff like this!
