They seem to be at home in most situations, Ginnie.

You have made a very complex and interesting image from a superficially mundane scene.
Ginnie Hart: I think those fellas are everywhere, Ray, indeed, Ray. Thank you kindly.

smile Bert and Ernie were taught well, stay outside after been in the mud....
Wonderful close-up. Great colours. If only the boots and klompen could speak, I think they would come up with the most exciting adventures
Ginnie Hart: They clearly have been out in the fields having fun, MLMA. Father and son/daughter, maybe...having lots of fun! Bedankt.
They are bright... colourful and a delight to see Ginnie.... someone was playing out in the mud with her parentsmile....petersmile
Ginnie Hart: Hard to miss, Peter, right? smile Thanks.

I don't know who Bert and Ernie are, but I would expect to find muddy footwear outside the door.
Ginnie Hart: Bert and Ernie are characters from Sesame Street, Sheila, which has been around in the States forever and is now all over the world. smilehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bert_and_Ernie
What a charming image, Ginnie. I envision the owners, now indoors, warm & cozy, enjoying a mug of hot cocoa and a few homemade cookies.
Ginnie Hart: Awwwww. I really like that picture you just painted, Beverly. Thank you!
What a great find Ginnie, and matching colours as well, I wonder who they belong to.

Ginnie Hart: Or so it appears, Alan! smile Thank you.
OMG! Really?!
I want a pair like those.
But I want mine with Kermit and Ms Piggy. ;o)

Sesame St was so BIG when I was little.

Every kid in Malaysia knew how to sing "Can You Tell Me How to Get to Sesame Street?" long before they knew how to sing their national anthem. ;^)
Ginnie Hart: It's so true, LC. Sesame Street is what our kids grew up on! And what a fun way to fun the basic fundamentals of reading and...life! smile Thanks for sharing.
